Bo Mattson, CEO
Bo is also the founder of Cint and took over as CEO in 2003. Prior to Cint, Bo was
Head of Swedbank Securities where he was founder of NetTrade, the first online stock-trading
offering in Europe.
Bo sits on the Board of Nordnet, one of Northern Europe´s largest internet brokerages
and holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. He is a keen skier, ice
hockey player, cyclist and hunter.
Richard Thornton, Global Sales Director
Richard joined Cint in 2009 to head operations in the UK market from the Cint office
in London. Prior to Cint, Richard worked at Ciao Surveys, who he joined in 2003,
culminating in his role as European Managing Director. Richard has also worked in
management consultancy and graduated from London Metropolitan University in HR and
International Marketing.
Richard supports West Ham United FC.
Oscar Carlsson, Head of Bus Dev & Operations
Oscar was one of the first employees at the company. He has both a technical and
business development background and has overseen the development of the business
into an international company. He returned from the US at the end of 2008 after
setting up operations in this market. Prior to Cint he worked with technology solutions
at Ericsson.
Oscar studied Web Technology, Multimedia and Social Science in Stockholm. Oscar
is a travel enthusiast and has visited most Continents on behalf of Cint.
Marcus Almgren, CTO
Marcus Joined Cint in 2003 as a software developer, after completing his thesis
project at the company. He conceptualized and produced Cint’s first software products.
Now, he co-ordinates three development teams located in Sweden and the US, as well
as systems support and maintenance.
Marcus holds Bachelor of Computer Science (Real-time systems) from The Royal Institute
Of Technology in Stockholm. He has exceptional sports knowledge, enjoys playing
squash and has recently learnt to ski and play golf.
Margus Raude, CFO
Margus is a finance and systems specialist and manages the company's financing,
accounts and financial reporting. Prior to Cint Margus was an IT Manager. He studied
international management specializing in financial management at the main Business
School in Estonia. Margus is a snow board enthusiast and enjoys swimming and volley
ball.
