Cint, a global supplier of highly efficient and high quality online research solutions, including Cint Panel Exchange, its online panel marketplace for trading sample access - has been expanding its operations across Europe and the US during the last year with the opening of 8 new offices.

Previously, Hughes worked with CfMC, a US research software developer, which he joined in 2004 to grow and maintain the company's European presence, including selling its service bureau offering to MR agencies and other client sectors. Hughes extensive knowledge of the market research industry was built up during his earlier role as Marketing Manager for the BMRA. He is also an active board member of the Research Club, an international networking event aimed exclusively at the research industry.

Stephen Hughes, who has a BA in Business Management from Lancaster University, commented "I am delighted to be joining such an energetic and visionary company as Cint. Research Now Senior Executive Leaves To Start New Agency

30. March 2009

Charles Pearson To Launch EasyInsites - a Full Service Agency Offering Easier and More Cost Effective Custom Panel Solutions

London, 30th March 2009: Charles Pearson, formerly of Research Now, today announced the launch of a new research agency based in the UK but with global reach focusing on building easier and more cost effective custom panel solutions. Charles will be joined by Jo Winning who left Research Now as Client Development Director earlier this year.

Charles joined Research Now in 2006 and was instrumental in building up their organic business in the US, overseeing tremendous growth in their US revenues, staffing and office network. Most recently, Charles had been focused on panel excellence, helping the firm roll out initiatives such as digital fingerprinting and keeping Research Now at the forefront of the panel quality debate. Jo Winning was one of the first employees at Research Now 4 years ago and contributed greatly to their substantial growth in the UK market.

The new agency, where Charles will be the Founder/Managing Director and Jo the Director of Sales, will be called EasyInsites and will use Cint AB’s online research technology to sell directly to corporate end clients. Cint is one of the fastest growing and innovative software companies in the online market research industry. The approach will enable corporate end clients to conduct more research on their customers and employees in a most cost effective manner by easily empaneling these audiences and allowing other researchers to access them through the Cint Panel Exchange marketplace for a fee. Corporate clients can easily set permissions in order to control access to their panellists.

Commenting on the launch of EasyInsites, Bo Mattsson -- Founder and CEO of Cint AB – said: “EasyInsites is an exciting new agency that is using the latest technological advances to offer corporate end clients and organizations customized time and cost efficient market research solutions. Clients can now stay ahead in terms of customer and market feedback, with a much lower investment than they are use to and with much more control over their market research processes.”

EasyInsites will also use other unique technology from Cint AB, including Cint Automated Tracker which will dramatically reduce the cost of running tracking projects by removing the need for dedicated project management staff for sampling and monitoring field progress. This feature is particularly beneficial to generate Balanced Scorecards which are increasingly in demand within the HR industry. Additional automated, easier, and more cost effective online solutions will be introduced over time including EasyPoll -- an online Omnibus-type product that will be offered either in full serve or self serve modes whereby clients can pose questions and have fast answers based on representative or targeted samples from practically anywhere in the world. This product will access sample from the Cint Panel Exchange which currently contains hundreds of panels with over 2 million active panellists in over 30 countries.

Commenting on the opportunity ahead for EasyInsites, Charles Pearson said: “One of the most significant obstacles for corporate clients and organizations in considering custom panels is cost. Cint’s technology will be the basis for our product offering called EasyXchange which enables a client to offset these custom panel costs by easily facilitating the monetization of these panellists. This means that clients will be able to conduct more research, more often, and all at a lower cost. Combined with Cint Automated Tracker for running tracker projects in a more automated manner without as much need for human intervention along with the application of other technologies, EasyInsites will be able to offer unique approaches that are particularly important for all businesses today who are under financial pressure to make better use of their research spending whilst providing more timely insights.”

EasyInsites will be headquartered in Guildford, Surrey which is also the UK headquarters of several major corporates such as Colgate-Palmolive, Ericsson, Electronic Arts, and Standard Life.
