Access respondents directly from your survey tool

Cint has launched Direct Sample, a plug-in that can be installed on any third party
software, giving the users instant research access to more than 2.5 million people
in 26 markets from the Cint Panel Exchange. Online survey tools such as Survey Pirate

The Cint Panel Exchange continues to grow. More than 500.000 panelists, in 80 different
panels, are now directly available in the Nordic countries, and over 3 million in
more than 40 countries globally.

New panel activity report in Cint Panel Manager

In your panel manager account you can now easily get data on your panel's activity
in a CSV-file.
For each member used in a project you can get info on project name, project id,
length of interview, project category etc. This enables you to handle your incentives
payout. It also allows you to check the number of panel members that declined a
project within a time frame, as well as time outs, screen outs and completes.
To check out the feature log in to your Panel Manager account, click Panels and
you’ll find it bottom left in the navigation.

Cint Sample Access - 2.0 Full Launch

The Cint team are pleased to announce the full launch of Cint Sample Access (formerly
CPX user account), which is now the default version for managing your online surveys.
This re-designed version uses the latest technology to offer you a host of new features
and is accessed using your existing login details.
Through the new version you can access and continue managing projects set up in
the former CPX user account.
Note you are now no longer able to access the former CPX user account.
The new interface offers significantly enhanced functions including:
- A new feasibility check and pricing tool, which allows you to gain accurate estimations
of available sample and pricing
- Project specific redirect links which provide optimum security and quality of
your survey by making it possible to track and validate respondents at a project
level
- A user guide answering all your questions about Cint Sample Access (see bottom
left hand menu once you have logged in)
- Enhanced operating performance and support services
Cint is continuously looking to improve the services it provides its clients, offering
you enhanced features that provide you with even higher levels of project management
efficiency and convenience. You will find further details about the new features

PayPal and Hallmark panelist payment solutions available in Cint Panel Manager

To provide optimum incentive possibilities for the large network of international
panels in Cint Panel Exchange, Cint has introduced PayPal as an incentive payment
solution. It is now available for the Nordic countries (SE, NO, DK, FI), UK, France,
Spain and Germany. Other countries will be added soon. PayPal is a renowned global
online payment system that will make it even easier for panelists to shop online
or convert their incentives into cash.
Hallmark incentive payment solution is now available for US panels. Panelists will
be able to convert their incentives into electronic vouchers and shop online through
Hallmark’s extensive merchant network.
The User guide has been added to Cint Sample Access

The user guide details, together with the use of screen shoots, how to: access information
on available panels, do a feasibility and price check, select sample, send out your
survey, close your project and print out an invoice. You will find it on the bottom
left hand menu when you are logged into Cint Sample Access.

The tool also offers a new menu for targeting sample. The Global Questions tab includes
the following question categories: demographic, household, occupation, online &
technology and automotive.
