About the panel

What does it mean to be a member?

Sometimes you will receive an invitation on your email, to participated in a survey. You will need to click on a link to access the survey. First you will be asked a few selection questions, and depending on your profile you will be asked to continue the survey. You should reply to all the questions that are asked in order to get an incentive. The questionnaire will close after 10 minutes of inactivity and the link will not be active after that.

What kind of rewards do i get ?

If you are not selected to finish the survey you will get 1 point, to thank you for your participation. If you complete the survey, you will get several points of rewards, depending on the number of questions. Each point equals 5p and it usualy takes around 2 weeks before your points get credited to your account. You can view your points in your personal page. As soon as you reach 5 pounds, you can use your money on one of our partner's website: PayPal (www.paypal.com) or Ipoints (www.ipoints.co.uk)

It is very important that you reply honestly and truthfully to the questions that you are asked on the registration page and in the surveys. You should not let anyone else than yourself participate in a survey, since then the results of the study would be biaised. If we ever notice that panellists are not telling the truth, we will erase them immediately from the panel.
