Cint, the global provider of technology for gaining market insight is capitalizing on the continued high demand for its products and services with the appointment of six new hires.
The new appointees will join Cint’s fast-growing technology team at the brand’s Stockholm headquarters. Among them are John Knoop and Teodora Puleva who are both joining Team Engage to handle process operations for the Cint Engage research panel solution. Knoop, from Gothenburg, has experience developing front and back-end solutions for both web and mobile platforms. Puleva, from Sofia, Bulgaria, holds an MSc in Software Technologies alongside a BSc in Informatics. She also gained significant experience as a software developer for Infonetica, MentorMate and DataMax in Sofia.
Team Access welcomes two new staff members to focus on Cint’s flagship DIY market research tool. Vladislav Mickevic joins from Norwegian company, Vizrt, and will be responsible for developing various media editing tools. He holds an MSc in Management and Business Administration from Mykolo Romerio Universitetas in Lithuania, as well as a BSc in Computer Science from Vilniaus Universitetas, and has significant experience in both web and mobile development. Also coming on board is Rutger Klasens, from Zwolle in the Netherlands. Previously, Klasens worked as a software developer for Thinkwise Software, Dutch IT Consultants and Finalist IT Group. Klasens holds a BSc in Computer Science from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede.
Christian Svärd joins Team Core from OHB Sweden AB (formerly Swedish Space Corporation) where he worked in both software development and technical education. He is also a talented iOS developer, having submitted various apps to the Apple App Store. Christian holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, with a focus on control theory and robotics.
Finally, Stefan Törnblom, who brings with him experience as an IT Support Manager for Norse Hotel, where his focus has been on enhancing helpdesk efficiency and planning. Stefan is currently living in Stockholm but will be relocating to London to join the rapidly expanding UK team.
Cint’s Chief Information Officer, Marcus Almgren, comments: “It’s great to be able to attract such a diverse yet talented group within software development. This continues to build on the history of having very strong developers at Cint, but also adds capacity in both general and more specific areas, like mobile development for example. The fact that we’ve managed to find people with different backgrounds, both geographically and experience-wise, goes hand-in-hand with our global thinking.”
