Through CPX the turnaround time is Zero. As you log in to the system you have direct access to all panels in all covered countries just by a click of a button. You will gain access to a rapidly growing marketplace that today comprises over 60 panels with over 800 000 individuals in China, Denmark, Finland, France, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden and the Ukraine. They have all signed up on a “double-opt in” basis to take part in surveys and are reachable from your PC. All you have to do is contact Cint, get a log-in, go through a short “How-to”, and you will be up and running in minutes.
It’s like working in your own panels
Working in CPX is like you would be working with your own online panels, with all the control you require. The project management tool is very simple to master. We can guide you through the process over the Internet, to show you how easily it’s done. Then we’ll assist you until you feel at home with the system.
Work in real time
Once you access in the system the quotation process of mailing back and forth is rendered obsolete, as is checking of project feasibility and waiting for answers. In the CPX system you can operate in real time. You or your project managers can get everything from a ballpark price check to precise numbers while on the phone with your client or in a project-brainstorming meeting. If you have a live project, you can send out more invitations to your survey, add quotas, or check statistics – this is just a click away.
Control
Everything in CPX is transparent and ensures that you know what you get and what you pay for. Every panel’s means of recruitment are described, as are the quarantine periods, the response rates, base prices and incentive methods.
In CPX there are no middlemen. This gives you complete and direct control over your projects, at a very reasonable price (since you are doing the project management your self).
The Panels
The panels are all owned by Panel Partners to Cint, either a market research agency or a media firm. They have all agreed to keep their panels open for you to source from. Recruitment methods are either by telephone (many of the market research owned panels) or by the internet All panels are run in the same way in CPX, using the panel management part of the system, why all panels adhere to ESOMAR´s guidelines (or higher).
South America next
In the autumn of 2006, through an agreement with Ibope solutions, Latin America’s by far largest market research company, CPX will contain panels from Latin America, run by Ibope solutions.
Access available in two ways
Naturally we understand that you might want to try us out before taking the step to work independently in the system. So at first you can let one of our highly skilled project managers handle and assist with your project.
