Bo founded Cint in 1998 when he decided to apply his experience of trading online to the market research industry. He then took over as CEO in 2003 to revamp the core platform into an exchange-based offering for respondent access.
Bo spent the years between 1985 and 1997 in the financial industry and was, in 1993, named Head of Swedbank Securities. During this time, he founded NetTrade (1996), the first online stock-trading offering in Europe. In 1998 he co-founded Eurotrade.lu, later sold to Nordnet AB, and in 2000 he co-founded Mangold. Bo currently sits on the board of Nordnet, the largest internet brokerage in northern Europe as well as Room328, a web-based 3D utility for matching demand and supply within the home furnishing market.
He holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Happy father of three almost grown-up kids, he is married to Eva and his bicycle. In his free time, he skis, plays ice-hockey and hunts (rarely hitting anything due to being a lousy shot).

Oscar Carlsson, Chief Product Officer![]()
Oscar is a true Cint veteran. After working for Ericsson, he joined Cint in 2000 as CTO bringing to the company his broad technical and business development background. In over 10 years he has overseen the growth of Cint from a small Swedish startup to an international company. He now coordinates Cint’s teams of developers located on two continents. Marcus also holds Bachelor of Computer Science (Real-time systems) from The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
He has exceptional sports knowledge but despite the fact that he was born in Sweden, he does not enjoy winter sports, preferring soccer and motorsports as well as playing squash and golf. Marcus is a loyal (Stockholm) AIK supporter.

Terence McCarron, Managing Director | North America![]()
Terence McCarron serves as the Managing Director for Cint’s North America business unit. During his career in multi-sector quantitative market research services, Terence has helped grow several leading global organizations while developing expertise across multiple methodologies. During the decade prior to joining Cint in 2010, McCarron held leadership positions with Greenfield Online, as Senior Vice President until mid-2008, and Kantar’s healthcare panel firm All Global, as Executive Vice President following its acquisition by WPP.
McCarron joined Cint after learning about the market research technology firm’s disruptive business model. Cint’s core values of transparency, quality and client choice resonate deeply with him as does its commitment to growing a company “the right way”, as a long-term partner in the market research industry. He recognizes how Cint’s approach can solve many of the problems facing online market research today and is passionate about sharing this vision throughout North America.
Outside of work, Terence enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, as he attempts, in vain, to teach the “character-building” virtue of being a New York Mets baseball fan.
Andy completed a B.Sc (Hons) Psychology from Manchester University and a Ph.D in Experimental Psychology from Bristol University prior to starting his career at PwC in London, where he worked on blue chip client projects across the UK.
Before making the move into HR, Andy worked as an Intelligence Analyst for the British government (but won’t tell us exactly what he did there).
Most recently, Andy spent five years heading up the HR function of a VC-backed high growth European technology staffing firm in London. After being interrogated by the entire Cint management team, Andy joined in November 2010 as HR Director, attracted to Cint’s high growth potential and unique personality.
Andy moved to Stockholm in 2010. His interests outside of work are music, architecture, food and soccer. He fiercely supports Tottenham Hotspur FC (and wants you to do the same).
