Global panel marketplace platform provider Cint, announces two exciting developments under its Japanese office this week.
Following significant client growth and acquisition in Japan and across Asia, Cint Japan has relocated to new premises and also added a strategic appointment to support the traction Cint is seeing in the region and to ensure the right level of continued service to its clients in the research sector.
Arianne Dumayas has been recruited as Project and Customer Support Manager – originally from the Philippines, Arianne’s considerable experience in the MR arena across South East Asia will enable her to make a significant contribution to the growth of the business. Furthermore, her fluency in Japanese will see Arianne take overall responsibility to support those clients working in the platform directly as well as managing projects for Cint’s managed services clients in the region.
Commenting on her appointment, Arianne says: “It’s a great time to be joining Cint Japan. Having already spent six years in the sector I am looking forward to growing our existing client base and delivering the right solutions for their particular panel sourcing needs within our platform.”
Satisfying needs is, in fact, something Cint Japan has been doing very well since the office was established in January 2012. The office’s growth and success has seen the company outgrow its current premises and relocate to a larger office in Nishi-Shinjuku, to accommodate on-future team expansion in line with revenue and client ramp-up.
Soji Nagano, Sales Director for Cint Japan, comments: “It is a particularly exciting time for us – during the last six months alone, we have started to work with major strategic partners such as Borders, Jupiter MR Solutions and Buzzbess (iConepts) right across Asia and witnessed some very interesting trends which we have been able to capitalise on.
“The market research landscape in Japan has evolved over the last two years and the industry as a whole is taking a much closer look at how they can merge the cost effectiveness of their panel sources and sourcing processes whilst being efficient in conducting international online studies. Questions such as how panels are managed, what drives response rate and how panelists are incentivized are now being asked to gain the best service and ultimately response.
“Such industry innovation is great news for us as a business and our unique offering, which focuses on delivery efficiencies in supply chain management and panel supply and transparency within our platform. With our supply model providing direct access to local panels through our innovative SaaS user-interfaces, we feel we are nicely aligned with the needs of the market and which is why we, as a business, are flourishing.”
