Cint, a global leader in market research solutions has announced new additions to its UK customer service and sales team, as well as a key promotion to lead the team.
Cint has promoted Jane Attale (nee Mills) to UK Sales Director, giving her responsibility for managing the UK sales team, which has recently grown with the arrival of new recruits Natalie Eaton and Lyubomir Siderov, with Will Atkinson joining the customer support team.
Natalie brings with her more than 20 years’ industry experience spanning market research, specifically the field/field and tab sector. She has previously worked for globally recognised market research companies within the Gfk Group. Her extensive career history has seen her lead business development and manage strategic partnerships with clients in the UK and internationally, whilst also project managing fieldwork divisions and services.
Lyubomir has direct experience in Bulgarian Online Research, where he developed his skills working as a pricing executive. Lyubomir is currently completing his Master’s Degree on Survey Methods for Social Research at the University of Essex in Colchester.
Will has joined Cint as a Customer Support Executive and works alongside the existing Access team to ensure continuation of the smooth delivery of self-service projects. Will has worked at Research Now for two years, with the majority of that time spent in project management for the ad hoc team. During this time he managed local as well as multi-territory projects spanning a broad range of clients, sectors and subjects.
Jane has been with Cint since early 2011 and now has almost a decade’s worth of experience in online panels, sampling and technology through managing key accounts for Ipsos. Within the past three years at Cint, Jane has been integral in the growth and development of Cint Access, promoting the SaaS self-service sampling and project management tool to the UK market. With her support, adoption of Cint Access and DIY technology sales has seen impressive high double-digit growth year on year in the UK market.
Stephen Hughes, Cint UK Managing Director comments: “In Natalie, Lyubomir and Will we welcome very experienced additions to the team, all of whom I have no doubt will further strengthen an already strong team and continue our commitment of first class customer service. This, in addition to our market leading sampling tools, has been key to our continued growth and success in the UK over the last five years. Jane’s promotion to Sales Director is thoroughly deserved as she has been a key player in the company’s growth since she joined three years ago.”
The ongoing development of the UK sales team supports the company-wide goals set for 2014; concentrating efforts to grow the OpinionHUB marketplace and continue to form strategic partnerships with technology-led platforms. Following the recent partnership with Marsc, Cint is focused on building key relationships with providers in order to support the integration of platforms through partner APIs.
