Looking to provide global insights for clients in Australia and New Zealand, Nichola Quail founded virtual market research company Insights Exchange in 2020. 

Insights Exchange’s mission is to make market research easy by connecting brands with a global network of independent market researchers and data analysts, with a particular focus on its domestic markets in Australia, New Zealand, and businesses focused on the United States.

Challenge

Insights Exchange assists various businesses and exporters in Australia and New Zealand with their entry, growth, and expansion strategies for the US market. “To do this, they needed customer insights and customer data,” says Quail. 

The organization was seeking a research partner that was accessible locally in Australia but had the capabilities to readily gather insights from respondents based in the US to assist with entering that massive market.
