People

Giles Palmer
Chief Executive Officer

Giles became the CEO of Cint in April 2023. He was the founder and former CEO of Brandwatch, a digital consumer intelligence company, and led it from its inception for over 15 years. While at Brandwatch, Giles steered the company through a successful merger and integration with Crimson Hexagon, a US-based AI-powered consumer insights company that was its nearest competitor. In 2021, Brandwatch was sold to Cision, a global public relations software company, and Giles went on to become Cision’s Chief Growth Officer.

Giles is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in senior and non-exec positions at fast-growth global technology companies. He is a regular speaker at social media conferences and podcasts. He serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for Sussex University as well as being a school governor.

Giles holds a BSc in Physics from Durham University in the United Kingdom and is a Chartered Accountant.

Olivier Lefranc
Chief Financial Officer

Olivier serves as Cint’s Chief Financial Officer and joined the company in November 2022. Olivier brings years of experience building financial management teams and managing mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he served as the Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Ipsos, where he completed acquisitions in the UK, Canada, and New Zealand. Before Ipsos, he was CFO at Kantar Media; where he was instrumental in helping the company become a global leader in media research. Olivier has spent a majority of his career in market research and media. Olivier has a DESCF in Accounting and Finance and a Master's degree from the Paris ESLSCA Business School.

Jake Wolff
Chief Revenue Officer

Jake joined the company in February 2012 as a Sales Director, tasked with ramping up Access sales in Northeast America. In January 2013, he became VP of North American sales and was promoted again in January of 2014 to MD of North America. Before joining Cint, Jake was responsible for sales in the healthcare field for a SaaS-based background checking and license verification firm. He holds a communications degree from Villanova University where he was a scholarship baseball player.

Alesia Braga
Chief Product & Technology Officer

Serving as Cint’s Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), Alesia has over 20 years of experience working in innovative software companies and has held leadership roles for over 14 years. Before joining Cint, Alesia was the CPTO at SmartRecruiters - a global HR technology company that provides the only enterprise-grade platform connecting people to jobs at scale - where she managed both Technology and Product teams. Prior to that, she worked for Quandoo as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a leading marketplace for restaurants and diners. She also brings a wealth of experience working for Google, leading Google Cloud’s global SRE practice and SugarCRM, where she led its engineering and technology services. Alesia brings together Cint’s product and technology functions to accelerate product development. Alesia holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University in Belarus and an additional degree in Economics and Computer Science from AKAD University in Germany.

Bregje Meuwissen
Chief Human Resources Officer

Bregje has over 20 years of experience working in senior HR positions and brings a wealth of knowledge from global travel-tech, health-tech and networking & security companies in the Netherlands, Spain and the United Arab Emirates. Bregje also has significant experience with US organizations and in US-related HR matters. She has played pivotal roles in HR transformation and has championed strategic initiatives in business direction, organizational redesign, and digital transformation. Most recently, Bregje was the Vice-Chief People Officer at DocPlanner, the world’s biggest healthcare platform that creates digital apps and software solutions that maps patient journeys through the healthcare ecosystem for medical professionals and institutions. Bregje has a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands.

Mike Misel
Chief Supply and Partnerships Officer

Mike leads Cint's supply and quality initiatives that protect Cint's platform, customers and respondents from online fraud and malicious behaviour from third parties. He is also responsible for driving efficiencies across the business through corporate technology and processes to ensure data availability, reliability, integrity and security are maintained at optimal levels for all stakeholders. Previously Mike was Cint's Head of Integration Management Office (IMO), leading integration efforts post Cint's acquisition of Lucid, and before that, he was SVP of Enterprise solutions, where he started and led the Enterprise initiative in the Americas region. Having been with Cint for over seven years, Mike has also held the roles of VP of Sales and SVP of Americas. He holds a BS in Mathematics (Cum Laude) from Cal State University Channel Islands in Southern California.

Michelle Darcy Clarke
EVP Global Customer Experience

Michelle is a seasoned leader with 20+ years-experience in market research, res-tech and customer success for software-related industries. She is focused on overseeing and integrating Cint’s customer-facing delivery functions, including Customer Success, Services, Support and API integrations. Prior to Cint’s acquisition of Lucid, she was Lucid’s Vice President for Customer Success and Product Specialists. She is passionate about retaining and cultivating customers and developing high-performance teams. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.

Hind Moussaoui
EVP Business Strategy & Operations

Hind is responsible for building and executing Cint’s operating model. Engineer by education, Hind started off her career in strategy at French software leader Dassault Systèmes. She then joined UK based scale-up Brandwatch to lead the corporate development and strategy function, where she also occupied the role of general manager of one of its business units. Following Brandwatch's acquisition by Cision in 2021, Hind transitioned to the world of growth equity at Infravia Growth, where she operated as an investor. Her diverse career has spanned various facets of the tech and software industry, providing her with a deep understanding of the field and a valuable perspective on market research. In her new role she will be mandated on continuously fine-tuning and executing the company's business strategy in close collaboration with its leadership team. Hind has a Master's Degree from Université Paris Dauphine in Technology and Innovation Management.

Felicia Winberg
General Counsel

Felicia serves as General Counsel for Cint and leads the company’s legal, compliance, and corporate governance strategies. Previously Head of Legal and Compliance, she has more than a decade of experience in domestic and international projects within capital markets, M&A, data privacy, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Cint, she served as General Counsel for a private equity-owned health-tech company and spent seven years as an associate and member of the Swedish Bar with two leading Swedish and Nordic law firms. Felicia holds a Master of Laws degree from Lund University.
