When you’re in need of data, every minute counts. That’s why we’ve been striving to eliminate as much friction from the customer workflow as possible. A slew of product enhancements released across 2025 have made the Cint Exchange a more efficient tool; customers can now launch a project in as little as two minutes.
Existing customers will have noticed changes to updated supply allocation services (with a more intuitive UI for managing supplier permissions), new profiling and allocation templates (that decrease time to insights), and a rate card boost feature that helps attract niche audiences while also increasing completion rates.
Further flexibility
Another key area of focus was to make Cint Exchange as flexible as possible for customers who rely on us as a source for insights.
One way of offering those customers that flexibility came through reconsidering our approach to reconciliations. The Cint Exchange reconciliation policy is crucial to driving quality across our ecosystem and ensuring that buyers and suppliers are accurately remunerated.
A new dashboard allows customers to see which of their target groups are due for reconciliation in the current and next month and complete the reconciliation process in just a few clicks.
If that wasn’t enough, an additional brand new reports dashboard provides Cint Exchange users with the ability to download previously created reports and generate new ones based on their current study.
These quickly generated reports reduce customers’ time to data while increasing flexibility through automatic report sharing and easy tracking of report generation requests.

The Cint Exchange is a marketplace where speed and scale are equally prioritized. Our marketplace lets customers pinpoint target demographics with precision while managing their budget effectively, getting them to the insights they need faster and smarter.

In just a few clicks, customers can connect with their intended survey participant audience, whoever they are, wherever they are.
Customers can launch a project or target group and have their first responses back in under an hour. Depending on their project, they can receive their first 100 responses within a day.
