A festive thank you
2025 has been many things, but at Cint we’ve demonstrated real momentum around our focus on data quality.
Given that the next few weeks are a time to reflect on what we’re all grateful for, we thought we’d look back at the year in quality. Happily, there’s a lot to be thankful for!
Collaborating with peers on quality around the world
Our commitment to quality extends beyond our own platform. We are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to be at the forefront of industry leadership, proactively tackling the critical concerns of fraud mitigation and respondent experience optimization in the world of Restech.
Our ongoing work on this front is, and will continue to be, fueled by strong collaboration. This includes our partnerships with organizations like Global Data Quality initiative (GDQ) that allow us to collectively develop industry-wide best practices, as well as peer-reviewing guidance around quality matters, and contributing to knowledge sharing efforts to raise quality standards across the board.
We’re also thankful for the opportunities we’ve had this year to share our stories at key events like ESOMAR, Succeet, and TMRE.
Here’s to another year of connecting with customers at conferences and events!
New programs, new approaches
As the year starts wrapping up, we’re proud of what we’ve delivered in terms of new additional programs and enhanced technology in 2025.
A huge amount of work went into the design and build of functionality that validates all the reversals submitted to the Cint Exchange that have a reversal reason associated with it. This ensures that Cint and our suppliers can take informed steps to improve quality. We’re thankful for all those buyers who have positively engaged with this. Working with you in this way means we’re able to provide better insights than ever before.
2025 also saw us launch a new program that focused on improving data quality within partner owned panels, and we’re thankful for all the panel owners out there who continue to put their trust in Cint as the organization to protect them from fraud.
On the machine learning front, our AI-powered Trust Score has spent the year learning from additional buyer quality insights, helping us get even better at spotting fraud before it happens.
We’ve also spent time this year reviewing our third-party vendors. The research industry at large is experiencing a rise in companies focused on addressing persistent quality challenges.
These new players are not only developing innovative methods for fraud detection, but they are also injecting vital competition to spur industry-wide innovation. This dynamic environment has led to a renewed and crucial collaboration with Research Defender, significantly enhancing our existing security arsenal.
We’ve been serving up quality answers all year
We also want to thank everyone who has participated in our quality Office Hours webinars. Hosted by Jimmy Snyder and Shelby Downes, these are a chance for customers to have their data quality-related questions answered by experts, and are a great way to get a deeper understanding of Cint’s ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of data quality possible for our customers.
If you’ve not been able to attend one of our 2025 sessions, don’t fret: we’ll be running further webinars in 2026, and as a customer you’ll be the first to know when the next one has been scheduled for.
We’ve also been publishing regular bitesize video content that reflects specific aspects of our approach to quality. All episodes of The Quality Check are available to watch on Cint’s LinkedIn page, so head over there and tuck in.
Additionally, we’re thankful to everyone who has read our quality-related content this year. From ghost completes to click farms, via bots fighting bots and understanding the ethics of AI, we’ve covered a lot of ground. Thank you for reading!
Customer satisfaction
Lastly, it goes without saying that we’re beyond thankful for all our customers who continue to work closely with us on improving data quality. After all, improving quality isn’t just an internal initiative; it’s a shared commitment. Thank you for working with us every step of the way.
We’ve worked with you to deploy quality measures throughout the workflow, from resetting survey expectations and securing entry links on the buy side, to implementing additional verification checks and maintaining panel hygiene when it comes to supply. Thank you for helping us make 2025 a year of better quality data and actionable insight.
