To celebrate the ingenuity and inventiveness of our global teams, we recently asked staff across departments to take part in an innovation sprint.
Over the course of two weeks, team members were tasked with collaborating closely to devise tangible — and rapidly deployable — solutions to answer some of the pain points experienced by current Cint customers.
One of the outcomes of the sprint was Luci, Cint’s new AI study companion.

What is Luci?
The thinking behind the project was simple: The sprint team wanted to create a study assistant that could unleash instant insights, give customers the ability to optimize their study with confidence, and empower customers with their data-driven decision-making.
The result is an AI-assisted study companion that serves as a virtual lifeline for media and insights professionals, offering an automated tool to cut through the noise of overwhelming data.

This allows you to explore your campaign results without needing to delve into and decipher complicated data. Based on those results, Luci can offer guidance on how to improve KPIs
When it comes to campaign analysis, understanding audience segmentation is crucial. Luci helps uncover how different segments responded to the campaign you’re measuring, whether by age, gender, DMA, or media type (e.g., CTV, social).
