What stage of the launch are we at?

For every product we develop at Cint, we follow a defined process. Following this process allows us to create amazing products that solve our customers’ challenges across all types of research. The development of the Cint Exchange is no different.

The Cint Exchange is a new platform that provides simplicity, choice and trust for customers and suppliers of Cint. Customers of the new platform will gain access to a new & improved UI & API for project creation, management and reporting. They will also have a consolidated view of our supply, with sophisticated tooling for profiling, feasibility and AI-driven fielding automation. The solution is backed by best–in-class quality protection, which the Cint Trust Score and support for server-to-server integrations with industry leading survey platforms.

We are making great progress.

Anticipation for the new launch is ramping up and we can successfully share that we have entered our ‘closed beta’ phase which began on the 2nd April 2024.

Involving over 20 companies and more than 70 unique users, the testing has yielded positive results so far. There have been over 2 million completes, and counting. Cint’s Product and Engineering  team have been making improvements based on this feedback, which will continue into the ‘open beta’ phase, before we shoot for a seamless transition for the final unveiling.

Ready for take-off: In early Q4, all new customers will  be able to use the Cint Exchange  for new projects, ahead of the General Availability (GA), which is anticipated for 2025.

Putting the power in your hands

What happens during the ‘closed beta’ phase? Our goals for this stage are primarily to work out the bugs and kinks ahead of the larger ‘open beta’ release later in Q3.

We want to ensure that what we’ve built solves our users’ challenges and that their most important needs are addressed and prioritized. Beta testers get direct access to product and development teams to share feedback to influence the enhancements made.

This stage is pivotal to us. The closed beta phase allows us to gather feedback early and frequently to optimize the developments we are working on.

The final product will have specific features that have been iterated based on your feedback.

What to expect for the new Cint Exchange

We have distilled your feedback and honed in on three key issues – Simplicity, Choice, and Trust.

Simplicity

A clean, simple, intuitive platform is absolutely crucial for efficiency. One of our biggest values is the ability to simplify your workflow. The ability for you to set up projects quickly via our automated templates, receive valuable data instantly from AI driven feasibility algorithms, and use our fieldwork management tool to get from bid to bill quickly and intuitively.

Choice

Another area of differentiation is Choice. Cint’s unique combination of scale and technology is unmatched. We offer the largest choice of suppliers in the industry, an audience with the most robust set of profiling data available, and a future-proof data solution that will help you innovate and grow your research or offerings to your own clients (data solutions, measurement).

Trust

We know that quality sample is a major priority. The new Cint Exchange will harness the power of multiple third party quality partners, deduplication across the largest pool of panelists in the world, state of the art redirect security, and most importantly a brand new proprietary tool known as Cint Trust Score. Trust Score leverages our enormous data pool to detect suspicious behaviors and fraudulent actors using our AI and machine learning algorithms to proactively halt fraud and score our supply network on a respondent by respondent basis.
